- International Feature Film Competition
Fiction films with minimum duration of 80 minutes, shot in digital in the following formats: Betacam Digital, Betacam IMX, HD CAM, MiniDV, DVCAM and HDV.
Films with year of production from 2004 to 2006.
- International Short Film Competition
Fiction films with maximum duration of 40 minutes, shot in digital in the following formats: Betacam Digital, Betacam IMX, HD CAM, MiniDV, DVCAM and HDV.

Prizes
Best Feature Film will receive a trophy and a cash prize of 20,000€
Best Short Film will receive a trophy and a cash prize of 7,000€
Best Portuguese Production will receive the “Grande Prémio Tóbis” consisting of Tóbis Services (Film Lab and Post-production facilities, Lisbon)
