Arclight Expands with Doremi Technology
ArcLight Cinemas in its first expansion outside the Greater Los Angeles market has selected Doremi technology to manage its unique new 14-screen 1,800-seat cinema in San Diego. The complex will feature both 2k and 4k Integrated Media Blocks (IMBs) and Doremi servers. In addition, the installation includes a comprehensive accessibility package for the hearing and sight impaired.

World’s Largest Cinema Chain Purchases an Additional 350 Doremi Digital Cinema Servers
Doremi announced today the exclusive sale of 350 digital cinema servers to China’s Wanda Cinema Line — the world’s largest cinema operator. Wanda Cinema Line has 100 premium cinemas with plans to have more than 1,000 screens across China by the end of 2012. They will add another 35 cinemas with 350 screens in China by the end of 2013. The acquisition of Doremi’s Integrated Media Block (IMB) with ShowVault digital cinema servers will supplement their continued rapid expansion across Asia.

Cines Renoir, Spain’s Prominent Art House Cinema Circuit, and Ymagis Have Concluded an Agreement for the Deployment and Installation of NEC Projectors and Doremi Servers in all the Screens of its Cinemas.
Cines Renoir, run by Spanish well known Grupo Alta Films, a production, distribution and exhibition company under the management of Enrique González Macho, President of the Spanish Film Academy, will see all the screens of seven of their cinemas digitized before the end of 2012 with the support of Ymagis, the European deployment entity leader in France, Spain, Germany and the Benelux.

Mall of America® Chooses Doremi as Primary Digital Cinema Server Provider
The nation’s largest retail and entertainment complex, Mall of America®, has selected Doremi Cinema to complete the digital conversion of nine more of its theaters. The unique complex features 2,259 seats throughout 14 theatres with digital sound, image with 3D capabilities, D-Box seating and a VIP theatre.

Doremi IMB Servers to Support the Venice Film Festival 2012
The 69th Venice International Film Festival, organized by La Biennale di Venezia, is being held at Venice Lido where up to seven screens will show more than one hundred forty DCP feature films to the Festival visitors, for a total of more than four hundred projections. The Venice Film Festival is the world’s oldest event of its kind and Doremi is delighted to be associated with the 2012 Festival that runs from August 29 to September 8.
