Company Expands Into Continental Europe

DTS (Digital Theater Systems, Inc.) (NASDAQ: DTSI) announces the creation of its newest subsidiaries in Paris and Rome, which will coordinate DTS' activities in France and Italy respectively. The opening of these two new facilities follows on from the recent establishment of DTS Hong Kong in October and DTS Canada in November.

Business has developed strongly in both France and Italy, and therefore DTS is now investing locally to support this growth. Both offices will offer exclusive transfer facilities to maintain the highest quality service as the market continues to expand.
