Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM), the leader in exhibitor software, announced today that Theatre Service Network is using Cinedigm’s Exhibitor Management System (EMS) to further integrate and streamline its feature film booking and buying services. Theatre Service Network’s exhibitor clients will immediately benefit from the increased efficiencies created from EMS and from its robust technology platform which will enable expanded service offerings.

We’re excited that Cinedigm makes technology for the independent theatre owner.”
“EMS is designed to benefit all of exhibition, from the large national circuit to agile booking and buying agencies like TSN. We are thrilled that an experienced veteran like Steve is staying ahead with the latest in industry technology so he can continue to offer his exhibitor clients excellent service,” said Adam Mizel, Chief Operating Officer and CFO of Cinedigm.

Theatre Service Network was formed in 1991 to provide independent exhibitors a single source for film industry services. TSN started with one client with five theatre screens and has steadily grown to over 50 clients in 20 states, for a total of 315 screens in 71 locations. TSN buys film in all four divisions (south, east, midwest, and west) and offers services from film payment monitoring to advance booking confirmations. Its wide variety of data and reports makes TSN “distributor friendly” with the goal of moving its clients into the “new world” of film distribution.
