ICTA Holds Annual Seminar Series in Unversal City CA

The International Cinema Technology Association is holding its’ annual January Seminar Series in Universal City CA at the Universal City Hilton from January 19th through the 21st.  This is ICTA’s most popular and well attended event of the year which brings in members from all over the US as well as international constituents from Europe and South America.  This two day event will include hearing from such notable industry veterans as NATO President John Fithian as well as Mark Christiansen VP Paramount Pictures and Bud Mayo, President of Alternative Programming and Distribution for Carmike Cinemas. 
 
Topics of discussion include speakers on “Immersive Audio’s Learning Curve”, 
“Luxury Seating Considerations”, “The Evolution of Premiere Digital Signage”, additional cinema revenue generators, cinema designs reflecting the new energy code and an update on laser projection among many others. The ever popular “Manufactures Presentations” will ensure all are updated from the cinema manufacturer community on the very latest in cinema technology and services.  Cinema exhibitors will also be directly heard from regarding current issues during the “Exhibitor Roundtable”.

The International Cinema Technology Association consists of members from the worldwide cinema community in all markets including exhibitors, dealers, manufacturers and service providers.  At 200 members strong, the ICTA holds various events during the year most notably the January Seminar Series held at the Universal Hilton in Universal City in Los Angeles and another in Barcelona tied in with CineEurope.
