Doremi Cinema LLC's DCP-2000
digital cinema server was released to instant acclaim in late 2005 and currently
has an installed base of over 300 servers nationwide with another 500 scheduled
to be installed by the end of June 2006.
The DCP-2000 digital cinema server is the first commercially available server
capable of playing DCI-JPEG2000 digital movies at up to 250Mbits/sec. The
DCP-2000 features 800GBytes of RAID5 storage in a 3RU chassis with redundant
power supplies.
Doremi Cinema was first on the market with DCI-JPEG2000 image delivery. Doremi
dominates the market and continues to advance JPEG2000 with enhancements to the
DCP-2000. Doremi's high quality image decoding is also available at an extremely
affordable price.
Doremi Cinema also has a growing base of digital cinema mastering stations.
Doremi's DMS-2000 is a complete DCI-JPEG2000 authoring system that supports bit
rates up to 250 Mbits/sec. A majority of films released in the DCI/JPEG2000
digital format have been mastered with the DMS-2000. The DMS-2000 is currently
installed in eight post production facilities in the USA.
