Doremi DCI Mastering and Playback Purchased By Deluxe Digital Cinema, London
Doremi Cinema has been selected by Deluxe Digital Cinema, Capital FX and EFILM London to provide its DMS-2000 DCI 1.0 JPEG2000 mastering station for encoding movies in 2K and 4K formats. The purchase also includes two Doremi DCP-2000 DCI JPEG2000 digital cinema servers.
Doremi's UK Business Development Manager, Marc John, comments, "We are very pleased with the purchase by Deluxe Digital Cinema and look forward to introducing ourselves to the wider UK digital cinema community."
Doremi's European Manager, Patrick Zucchetta, adds, "It is a great pleasure to supply our DCI Digital Cinema servers to Deluxe Digital Cinema in London, working with Capital FX and EFILM. This is the first DCI JPEG2000 2K and 4K mastering installation in London."

About DMS-2000
The DMS-2000 Mastering Station is a complete DCI JPEG2000 authoring system with extensive encoding parameter controls and support for bit rates up to 250 Mb/s. It is the first product to combine all the tools for 2K image compression processing in one package and is competitively priced to encourage adoption. The system features a hardware accelerated JPEG2000 compressor in a Linux package with internal storage.
