AccessIT’s Christie/AIX Unit Announces Three Executive Hires
Group Adds Additional Distribution and Exhibition Expertise to its Digital Cinema Team
Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. ("AccessIT") (NASDAQ:AIXD) today announced the addition of three new senior executives in its Christie/AIX unit. Collectively, the newly created positions will be responsible for advancing the company’s ongoing digital cinema rollout and international expansion efforts, as well as supporting activities at AccessIT’s studio, distribution and exhibition customers and with its hardware and technology vendors and partners.
The new hires include: Ms. Michelle Gonzalez, named VP, Digital Cinema Business Development; Ms. Diane Anselmo, named Executive Director, Digital Cinema Customer Operations; and Mr. Loren Donelson, named Executive Director, Digital Cinema Product Management. Each brings extensive entertainment industry, business management and technology experience to the company’s Media Services Group.

Ms. Michelle Gonzalez, as VP, Digital Cinema Business Development, will be engaged in building the company’s ongoing relationships with current studio, independent distributor and exhibitor customers as well as adding to that growing roster. Primarily dedicated to Christie/AIX’s domestic deployment, she will also assist with advancing the company’s increasing number of international initiatives. Most recently Michelle served as Research Director, at the Corporate Executive Board, where she advised Fortune 500 corporations on issues of strategy and business development. Michelle previously worked at MGM as Counsel, United Artists Business Affairs, where her responsibilities also included serving as MGM’s, representative to DCI, the studio consortium that developed technical specifications and business planning for digital cinema. After graduating from Yale Law School, Michelle worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Co. in Los Angeles.
Ms. Diane Anselmo, who for two years served as Director of Operations for IndieDirect, a division of AccessIT, now serves as Executive Director Digital Cinema Customer Operations, overseeing the operational aspects of the company’s digital cinema business plan. Her extensive experience in both exhibition and distribution operations including executive positions at Gold Circle Films, as an Exhibitor Relations contractor at Warner Bros. Pictures and a Film Buyer for United Artists Theatres, gives her a unique insight into AccessIT’s exhibition and studio partners’ businesses, enabling her to help strengthen key aspects of the company’s growing digital cinema operations including relationships with new exhibitor customers, which Diane also will be responsible for. Diane received a Bachelor of Science in Theatre Arts from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
Mr. Loren Donelson, the newly appointed Executive Director Digital Cinema Product Management, will be responsible for ensuring coordination between all internal resources in AccessIT’s newly reorganized Media Services Group and with the company’s external hardware and technology providers on the development of new digital cinema products and services. Loren is an experienced software developer and product manager with significant experience with the creation of software applications for data acquisition and integration. He began his career as a management consultant with Ernst & Young LLP in the telecommunications sector with clients including Sprint and SBC Communications and then new media, working for Siegel & Gale, a leading brand and Internet development consultancy. Loren holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master's degree in biomedical informatics from the University of Washington.
