GDC Technology (“GDC”) is pleased to announce that it has partnered with the leading provider of worldwide FF&E equipment and related items, Universal Cinema Services (“UCS”) in order to extend its deployment reach, as well as to continue its expansion of first class customer service.
GDC’s best-selling SA-2100 servers have been deployed in Tango Theatres, Guam and Pavilions 12 in Tucson, Arizona, thanks to the support of UCS and its first sales of GDC products.
Texas-based UCS is one of the largest cinema FF&E providers in the world, operating not only throughout the US but internationally in many countries and continents around the world. UCS offers a complete line of cinema products from projection and sound through to concessions as well as the corresponding service and support network. In recent years UCS has expanded into digital cinema deployment and is now adding GDC to its impressive line of offerings.
“UCS is delighted to partner with pace-setting GDC Technology,” said UCS President and Chief Operating Officer, Stan Lamb. “Their high quality products and quick turn-around time to answer customers’ requests are a winning combination when it comes to keeping our cinema customers happy.”
“GDC is pleased to be working with such a well known and respected sales and service company,” said Dr. Man-Nang CHONG, founder and CEO of GDC Technology. “We are grateful to UCS for being one of GDC’s earliest resellers in America, GDC’s decade of unyielding commitment in digital cinema innovation shall be rewarding to UCS for many years to come.”
