Christie, a global leader in visual solutions for entertainment, business and industry, was selected by Kerasotes Theatres to convert 35 screens to 3D-enabled Christie digital cinema projection systems ahead of the eagerly anticipated Walt Disney Pictures’ “Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience.” Kerasotes Theatres jumped on the installation fast track with the purchase of Christie CP2000-ZX digital cinema projectors with Brilliant3D™, turning to Christie to help bring fully-operational systems online almost daily in the weeks leading to the movie’s premiere, February 27.

Christie Selected for Beijing Summer Games
Christie, a global leader in visual solutions for business, entertainment and industry, is pleased to announce the Christie Roadster S+20K and Christie CP2000-ZX models were selected to project dynamic visuals for the opening ceremony at the 2008 Beijing Summer Games. The ceremony was held on August 8, 2008, just after 8:00pm China Standard Time in the Beijing National Stadium and featured the most complex and extensive use of projected visuals in the history of the sporting event.

Christie Digital Systems USA, Inc., a global leader in Digital Cinema, was selected by Warren Theatres as the exclusive DLP Cinema provider for its spectacular new 14-screen multiplex in Moore, Oklahoma. The Moore Warren Theatre, the most expensive in the history of the state, is also one of the largest, with luxury accommodations and screens up to 80 feet wide and four stories tall.

Christie, a global leader in Digital Cinema, is delighted to announce its acclaimed Digital Cinema projectors are installed and ready to usher in a new era of entertainment at Canada’s newest and largest Digital Cinema complex, SilverCity Oakville Cinemas, in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. The first of its kind, SilverCity Oakville Cinemas will open to the public on December 7th and will feature nine theatres equipped with Christie DLP Cinema projectors.
