The technology division of Thomson (Euronext 18453; NYSE:
TMS), the global technology and creative services corporation, opened the doors
of its Burbank Innovation Center (BIC) today to its partners and clients in the

archived film content; a soon-to-be-standardized display technology that
delivers compressed content with classic film grain texture; and a scalable
video coding solution that enables one broadcast stream to simultaneously
deliver content for multiple platforms.
