About EPIC Theatres:

Founded in 2003, EPIC Theatres is a privately held motion picture theatre circuit based in DeLand, Florida. The company currently operates 81 screens at seven sites across three states. EPIC Theatres has embarked on an expansion program, with plans for a number of new stadium auditoriums over the next two years. EPIC Theatres is operated by third-generation exhibitors whose family built its first theatre in 1947. The company’s management and staff are proud to be a part of the exhibition industry, and are dedicated to providing the ultimate movie-going experience in state-of-the-art theatres. The new DTS:X rollout includes two screens (auditoriums 1 and 12) in Lee Vista, Orlando, one screen (auditorium 12) in Jacksonville, and one screen (the largest auditorium) in Titusville, scheduled for completion by the end of 2015, January 2016, and the first quarter of 2016, respectively.
