GDC Technology Expands its Digital Cinema Footprint in Latin America

GDC Technology Limited (“GDC Technology”), a world leading digital cinema solutions provider, is pleased to announce that after successful delivery of approximately 30,000 digital cinema servers worldwide, it has started expanding its digital cinema footprint in Latin America. It has organized a series of training sessions and established a dealer network in order to better serve its Latin American customers.

GDC Technology has organized multiple informative technical training classes which has trained 34 resellers and 42 exhibitors in various Latin American countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Brazil. The valuable classes have proven to strengthen experience, expertise in product knowledge, as well as operations, and at completion, those qualified attendees are issued training certificates. In addition, GDC Technology provides regular training to exhibitors, resellers and partners in both Mexico and Brazil for its complete product line, including digital cinema servers and theatre management system (“TMS”). “GDC Technology has shown tremendous commitment to the market by providing comprehensive training seminars to us; our technical team has found the training to be thorough and informative,” said the Director of Infrastructure of Cinemex Cinemas.

To increase the accessibility of spare parts and server stock along with enhance rapid service response time, GDC Technology has established a dealer network that will work with resident dealers and service providers to stock spare parts and server units locally. Furthermore, GDC Technology currently maintains a 24/7/365 service support hotline which is available in both Spanish and English, with Portuguese service soon-to-be available.

GDC Technology strives to introduce innovative digital cinema technologies. Their strong commitment to providing both quality service and support extends to exhibitors in Latin America and worldwide.
