CGV Mars Cinema Group – Türkiye Largest Motion Picture Exhibition Company Selects GDC’s SR-1000 Integrated Media Block

CGV Mars received the prestigious "International Movie Theatre Group of the Year Award" from UNIC (International Union of Cinemas), the largest movie theatre union across the globe in 2013. According to UNIC, CGV Mars is ranked number five in their “2023 Giants of Exhibition: Europe Listing” with 783 screens across 90 sites and ranked number one in Türkiye.

The CGV Mars replacement strategy involves the replacement of legacy media servers. In this collaboration, CGV Mars involves the replacement of 150 media servers with GDC’s SR-1000 IMB and it will be facilitated by Cinema Next, which will also provide ongoing technical services for the duration of the deployment.
