Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM) is pleased to announce that David Gajda has returned to Cinedigm as Chairman of Cinedigm Software. In this advisory role, Gajda will work alongside Jim Miller, President of Cinedigm Software, to enhance and expand the Company’s vision and strategic direction in developing the next generation of software products and services.
A well-known and respected leader in the entertainment technology sector, Gajda has helped many of the top entertainment companies, including Sony Pictures, MGM Studios, EMI Music, Universal Music, and others, develop long term technology strategies. Gajda was a co-founder of Hollywood Software (which was acquired by Cinedigm in 2003).

On the international front, Cinedigm Software has already had tremendous success, including securing a multi-year contract for its end-to-end booking, delivery, information and theatre management software platform to serve as the backbone of an India-based media exchange project. Additionally, Cinedigm is currently engaged in numerous pilot programs to license its Theatre Command Center (“TCC”) software in five countries throughout the world as part of an overall global expansion strategy.
Domestically, Cinedigm Software has added several new theatrical distribution software customers and is deploying TCC software on over 1,700 screens.
