trading under their new parent company name, Kit Digital. In September 2010,
Kit Digital, a global giant in IP platforms & solutions, acquired one of
Europe’s largest Digital Content Labs (Brickbox) for the purposes of adding content
value to their already existing digital supply chain.

the opportunity of opening up the digital supply chain for downstream distribution
between Digital Cinema, Blu-ray, DVD, VoD and IP Platform releases. Kit Digital
offers the widest spectrum of digital services to content owners, distributors,

Theatrical, Home Entertainment and/or on the future screens of today, mobiles,
tablets and IPTV.
Alan Christensen, Director of Digital
Cinema for Kit Digital said: “I am delighted to be part of a structure purely
focused on the future formats of content delivery. Our business was raised on
digital only, allowing us a unique edge on format optimization without
financial deficits.
With the addition of all our digital
services, I can confidently say that we offer strongest solution for downstream
production/distribution, offering a vast amount of digital services for the
Film and Broadcasting industry. We have 5 production facilities across North
