(The Danish Distributors Association) has come to an agreement with Unique
Digital Ltd for electronic delivery of feature film content in Denmark using
After a 9 month selection process, which
included technical proposals from all relevant suppliers of terrestrial
distribution technology and a subsequent Proof Of Concept in selected Danish
Cinemas, FAFID concluded that the system delivered by Unique Digital is best suited
for the Danish market.

The agreement will grant all Danish Cinemas,
including Greenland and the Faroe Islands, access to Unique Digital’s world
leading solution MovieTransit™ which when launched in Norway in 2012 was the
first terrestrial electronic distribution system for feature films to be
deployed across an entire territory.

All Distributors in Denmark will be invited
to use the system which will be rolled out by end of Q2 2014.
