At the annual International Cinema Technology
Association’s (ICTA) summer Business Retreat in Austin, Texas last month, QSC
Cinema was honored to receive the “Teddy Award” for ICTA Manufacturer of the
Year. This is the second time that QSC
has won this honor.
The
Teddy Award is presented annually at the ICTA Business Retreat by the active
Dealer membership of the ICTA to the ICTA Manufacturer who most closely exemplifies
the progressive principles of product development and provides dealers with
service and up-to-date technical and sales information, while supporting the
status of their product without qualification.
“The
award is especially meaningful to us because it is voted by Cinema dealers”,
says Ferrell. “It’s a testament to the great quality, delivery and service
which has always been the winning combination for QSC.”
Also
at the event, Barry Ferrell was honored as outgoing member of the Board of
Directors. Mark Mayfield was named to the ICTA Board of Directors for a 3-year
term.
