The Inter-Society for the Enhancement of Cinema Presentation, Inc. promotes interactive dialogue and information exchange between cinema-related entities with the goal of resolving issues affecting the overall cinema presentation. The International Cinema Technology Association is a global network of professionals in the motion picture industry. Aerox DCI Server and IMB IP looks at prospective sale to Chinese Cinema LED manufacturers to enter India and global markets

Transfer of DCI Registration and license of IPR of Aerox Multi Media Technologies, LLP- DCI licensed IMB + Server
AEROX has developed and possesses approval and License to manufacture and sell DCI Licensed IMB and DCP Cinema Server under Report Number CC-AER- AXD-IMB-05302017 issued dated 30th May 2017 

Ketan Pandya based in London and Bindesh Pandya based in Bangalore are promoters of AEROX Media Technologies LLP. They have complete ownership of the  IPR of the Aerox’s DCI server and IMB. 
 AEROX is in a legal position to sell and transfer the registration of DCI  license. The OEM of the IMB is a German based company. The OEM agreement will be transferred to the purchaser, that is to the purchaser of the AEROX Media Technologies LLP, Model  NO AXDCVC24KINTL, IMB and DCI Server. 
The ownership and license of DCI registered and Licensed Server offers global sales market for DCI servers to cinema screen chains. However, in the case of new wave of cinema LED screen manufacturers, the IPR is of tremendous value, on a global scale. The sync of AEROX IMB and Server by virtue of its features and technical specifications to LED Display systems is far improved from that of any of the competitors who boast of good connectivity to projection systems. 
This opportunity to possess the complete IPR of a DCI server means that the future strategy for LED cinema screens can be planned with flexibility and without any dependence on external supplier of DCI server. Technically also possessing its own DCI server is advantageous in integrating to LED screen. 
Ownership of a legitimate approved and licensed DCI server provides immeasurable resources cinema integrators in their endeavor to acquire traction in the digital cinema theatre exhibition industry worldwide. 
Amortizing the technology offered to the future owner of the DCI licensed server at a very reasonable cost is possible, adopting the mass distribution concept. Future possibilities to take this technology beyond the cinema theatre also exist. 
AEROX Media Technologies LLP having an OEM agreement with the German manufacturer that will be transferred to the buyer of Aerox’s DCI license  The transfer of the OEM agreement with the German manufacturer and AEROX Media Technologies LLP, is expected to cost Euro 600,000. This is one time payment for lifetime access to the SMS software on non-exclusive basis. For use of the Hermes SMS server software. This will provide Sole right to the buyer to integrate with as many number of IMB quantity. If the new owner wants to register for Series 2.0 it will need minor modification to the software, they have to order Series 2 hardware from the hardware manufacturer. And a few tweaks to the software will be required. The hardware manufacturer identity will be disclosed at the time of entering into a firm sale agreement. The buyer will not have to pay any software access fee to once they buy non-exclusive rights to the Unique Hermes SMS Software particular to Aerox DCI server.   
On receiving a firm LOI- letter of Intent or EOI-Expression of Interest, Aerox can enter immediately into an exclusive offer period with prospective Purchaser.  During the exclusive offer period, Aerox will desist from approaching any other prospective buyer.
