We have recently upgraded our login system.  An account is not required, but necessary to set your preferences and edit company information.  If you have previously registered, you can log in again using the same email address and password.  You can reset your password by following the "forgot password?" link on the login page.

  • You can now log in using your external account from GoogleTwitter or LinkedIn.  More services may be added.  Contact DCinemaToday for more information. You may still need to add (and confirm) your email address if its not provided by the external login provider.
  • When logged in, you can access your Account Manage page by clicking on your email address under the DCinemaToday logo. 
  • A login account allows you to request edit permissions for your company listing.  This permission is granted on a request basis to authorized employees and business principals.  More information on requesting to updating company information is available on the Account Manage page.  Once authorized, the companies you can update will be listed in the Authorizations section of your Account Manage page. 
  • A login account allows you to set the order of the Market Focus tabs on the DCinemaToday Home page.  You can set any tab as your default starting tab. To do this, go to the Tab Preferences section of the Account Manage page   (Desktop only - not yet ready for the Mobile App.)   More user-specific features are under development, so we recommend you log in when possible.

CE+S to Introduce the All New Cielo Director Module

Introducing CIELO 4.0 at CinemaCon 2017
CE+S has completely revamped the CIELO Experience with version 4.0. With design updates for a more modern look, twice the speed, and more options than ever to configure and personalize the user dashboard.

CIELO 4.0 has split the platform into 3 distinct modules. 

CIELO Monitoring Module: 
The Real-Time Monitoring module features 24x7 monitoring with alerts and support (Extended and above) for your DCI equipment. Alerts are sent in real time via Email or SMS. The module includes CIELO’s custom “Showstopper” Alert Level which, when triggered, is resolved within 10 minutes from the time of the alert. CIELO 4.0 offers over 1000 different alert levels and supports all major players in DCI projectors, servers, and audio equipment. 

CIELO Analytics Module: 
The Analytics module features over 25 reports that provide key metrics and other pertinent information about your circuit including equipment software updates, RAID information, playback information, and business intelligence reports.The reports allow you to measure the performance of your circuit and allow you to pull data to send to Studios or Advertising partners as needed. 

CIELO Director Module: 
The CIELO Director module is ALL NEW for CIELO 4.0 – it allows you to add, edit, and delete users on CIELO. It also allows you to create and assign tasks to users. Further, the module permits alert assignment, user messaging, auditorium notes, and other functions requested by our customers. 

CIELO Director also lets you create user groups so you can assign users, such as technicians and projectionists, at specific theaters. CIELO Director is geared toward the management of your circuit, equipment, and employees.
