French Integrator ADDE Cinema Technologies Receives EclairColor HDR Certification

The EclairColor HDR cinema solution team (Ymagis Group - FR0011471291, MAGIS, PEA-PME, TECH 40) is pleased to announce today the certification of French integrator ADDE (Audio Visual and Development Enterprise). ADDE’s technical department completed its EclairColor HDR certification last week, which in return allows the company to sell, install and service EclairColor-compatible projection systems.

The EclairColor certification program qualifies third-party companies to oversee the installation of EclairColor-enabled projection systems following an extensive training process.

"We are delighted with this new cooperation with ADDE, one of the leading system integrators in France," explains Simon Eyriès, EclairColor Project Manager. "ADDE and Ymagis Group’s EclairColor certification program have mutual ambitions when it comes to quality, cost and innovation. This collaboration will allow us to extend our deployment of EclairColor-compliant projection systems, hence offering cinema exhibitors a larger selection of cost-effective, customized and optimum screening solutions. This marks another important step in the acceleration of the deployment of our HDR cinema solution in France and confirms our strategy to further open the EclairColor HDR business model.

“We are happy to be the first third-party integrators to have the opportunity to expand our service portfolio through this certification and offer our clients an even greater selection of technologies and services,” adds Marion Rosset, ADDE Chief Executive Officer.

EclairColor is a HDR solution that refines content within select display technologies. All types of cinemas, from independent movie theaters and regional chains to giant exhibition circuits, can be equipped with EclairColor HDR, whether standard-sized screens or Premium Large Format (PLF). The EclairColor-compliant equipment can be used to run EclairColor HDR mastered content as well as standard DCI content. To date, a total of 159 cinema auditoriums have been equipped with EclairColor HDR or are in backlog, including 57 in Germany, 57 in France, 21 in the United States and 7 in the United Kingdom. More information on EclairColor HDR is available at https://www.eclaircolor.com/

ADDE SAS Web Site
About ADDE SAS: ADDE France is a limited company, established in June 1981 by Evelyn and Didier Rosset, and Alain De Vita. Its main activity is the manufacture and installation of film projection equipment. However, equipment knowledge alone would not give ADDE the national recognition they have enjoyed for 30 years. ADDE analyses the needs of each client to better satisfy them, seeking the most suitable methods and installing the materials that they understand better than anyone. In the field of cinema, ADDE is one of the few French companies to manufacture the majority of the material that they also install. ADDE also monitors operations (after-sales service, maintenance, troubleshooting, development of installation, and technical management).
