DCIP Deploys New Cinergy Preventative Maintenance Module

Digital Cinema Implementation Partners, LLC (DCIP), a leader in the digital cinema industry, is pleased to announce its new Preventative Maintenance module as the latest addition to its Cinergy enterprise software suite. Cinergy continues to evolve to meet the ongoing needs of theater operators as they face new opportunities and challenges with rapidly advancing technologies.

Cinergy’s Preventative Maintenance module allows users to define maintenance plans customized to their theaters’ unique mix of equipment, auditorium capabilities, and individualized preferences. Through Cinergy, theater operators can plan, schedule and track maintenance tasks, and receive reports at each stage of the process. Inefficient paperwork and cumbersome forms are eliminated with a flexible automated solution that accommodates exhibitor tracking and workflow. Robust scheduling capabilities and the integration of preventative maintenance tasks with detailed asset tracking translate to increased reliability, uptime and reduced costs.

Field technicians are also able to monitor theater maintenance requests, scheduling and completed items with the Cinergy Mobile App, which allows logging and tracking of maintenance progress from start to finish. This eliminates manual tracking and gives theater management and technicians insight into the status of theater equipment maintenance in real time. All of this translates into a significant reduction in resources spent on scheduling, tracking and the completion of maintenance tasks compared to traditional methods.

The Preventative Maintenance module tracks progress and provides users with completion percentages for all maintenance tasks along with interactive alerting and reporting. Every aspect of the process can be tracked and logged through a variety of devices and platforms, eliminating confusion, inefficiencies and missed maintenance tasks. Along with the other components included in the Cinergy enterprise software suite, Preventative Maintenance is key to ensuring that your theater equipment is running at full potential to give movie-goers the best presentation experience possible.

KEY FEATURES
  • Customizable maintenance plans to best meet theaters’ needs
  • Planning and tracking of preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment health at all times
  • Detailed reporting capabilities
