The Inter-Society for the Enhancement of Cinema Presentation, Inc. promotes interactive dialogue and information exchange between cinema-related entities with the goal of resolving issues affecting the overall cinema presentation. Claco Equipment & Service Selects Cinergy

Digital Cinema Implementation Partners, LLC (DCIP) and Moving Image Technologies (MiT) announced today that CLACO Equipment & Service (CLACO) has selected DCIP’s enterprise software solution, Cinergy, to manage its customers throughout the Western United States.
 
Cinergy will provide CLACO with Health Monitoring, Asset Tracking, Key Delivery, Preventative Maintenance, Lamp Management, and Secured Remote Access modules through a centralized command center that generates user-defined alerts and advanced reporting in a cost-effective package. The Cinergy enterprise solution helps exhibitors and service providers efficiently manage their theatre assets through a set of sophisticated and intuitive modules that ultimately help to ensure the best customer experience possible.
 
Chad Bateman, VP of Technical Sales of CLACO, stated “After evaluating several software solutions, we decided to go with Cinergy, due to the enhanced reporting capabilities, and remote support that we were looking for in a software solution. Cinergy allows us to be proactive in addressing any issues that arise within our customers’ theaters in real time. We are very excited to expand our service offerings to our customers with the addition of Cinergy.”

Christie®, a global leader in visual display technology, is providing the 4K DLP Cinema® projection solution at a new screen at the Megaplex Theatres at Jordan Commons, which debuts March 15 with VIP seating, table service and full reclining chairs as part of Megaplex’s transition to complete digital projection throughout its chain.  Megaplex, a leading independent cinema chain in Utah, is converting all of its screens to digital projection, drawing from the Christie Solaria™ Series. The new projectors, including the Christie CP4230 driving the VIP experience at Megaplex Jordan Commons, are being installed by CLACO Equipment and Service.
