Moving iMage Technologies, Inc. Files for Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock Under Regulation A+

Moving iMage Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that it has filed Form 1-A with the Securities and Exchange Commission to make an initial public offering of its common stock under Regulation A+. 

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The initial public offering is expected to commence after the Securities and Exchange Commission completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.

Moving iMage Technologies, Inc. is a digital cinema company who designs, manufactures, integrates, installs and distributes a full suite of proprietary and custom designed equipment as well as other off the shelf cinema products needed for contemporary cinema requirements. The Company also offers single source solutions for cinema design, procurement, installation and service to the creative and production communities for screening, digital intermediate and other critical viewing rooms.
